What we collect

From freelancers: your email address, the project notes you paste, the analyses generated from them, and credit/purchase history. From clients: the email address the freelancer provides, your line-by-line confirmation responses, change-request notes, and — at the moment of confirmation — your IP address and browser user-agent string. The IP and user-agent exist for one purpose: making the locked record independently verifiable.

What we do with it

Project notes are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the scope analysis; they are processed under Anthropic's commercial API terms and are not used to train models. Emails are sent through SendGrid. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or share data with third parties beyond the processors named here.

Each scope is independent

We do not build profiles across your past scopes or use one client's project data to inform another's analysis.

Retention

Locked scope records are retained so both parties can return to the confirmation URL. Draft and expired scopes may be deleted on request. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@scopelockbykoncent.com from the account address.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and one referral cookie if you arrive through a referral link. No analytics or advertising cookies.
